Are items eligible for returns or exchange?
Our perfume is classified as objects of personal care and therefore do not eligible for return or exchange after being distributed once. We request customers to carefully review the product details before ordering.
What should I do if I get damaged, defective or wrong product?
If your order is damaged, defective, or wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

What if my online payment fails but the amount is debuted?
In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted from your bank account, the refund will be automatically processed in the original source account within 7 working days.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons such as fragrance preference, packaging style, or change of mind.
Claims will not be processed without proper proof (unboxing videos and images).
