What should I do if I get damaged, defective or wrong product? 

If you get a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  •  An unboxing video is clearly showing the problem
  •  Products and clear pictures of external packaging
  •  Your order number and delivery details

 We will review the case and ensure a quick resolution. 

🎥 Is it necessary to claim an unboxing video? 

Yes, an inaccessible video is mandatory for all related claims: 

  • Missing products
  •  Leakage Wrong item received

 The video is clearly sealing the packaging and the issue should be shown in hand.

📮 What if the package is tampered with or damaged with delivery? 

If your parcel appears to be tampering or physically damaged, please:

  •  Do not accept the package from delivery partner
  •  Notice us immediately on info@houseofampm.in

This helps us to file a claim with a courier and ensure that you are not responsible.

✅ Do you check quality before shipping?

Absolutely. Each product undergoes rigorous quality control probes before shipping. Nevertheless, in rare cases of transit damage or errors, we will take full responsibility and help you.

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  •  Returned items should be unused, seal and original packaging 
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our return policy guidelines
